Andrew Moss resigns from Aviva

Andrew Moss has resigned as chief executive of Aviva following an investor dispute over pay and performance. Mr Moss, 54, has resigned with immediate effect.  His executive responsibilities will be taken over by former ANZ chief executive John McFarlane, the incoming chairman.
