Former Cofunds head of sales and marketing Alastair Conway has joined James Hay Partnership as chief executive.
Conway is to take on the role at James Hay, part of IFG Group, on 4 March.
As part of a wider reshuffle, former managing director of James Hay Tim Sargisson is becoming chief executive officer of the IFG Financial Services Division.
Cofunds split its sales and marketing roles following Conway’s exit, with head of proposition Verona Smith becoming director of marketing, and head of investor and wealth distribution Andy Coleman becoming a director.
