Nordea Investment Funds S.A. has announced that its Head of Fund Distribution and Managing Director as of September 1 is Christophe Girondel.
In commenting on the appointment of Christophe Girondel, Jhon Mortensen, Nordea’s Head of International Wealth Management and Funds, said: “Our focus remains on ensuring that Nordea Investment Funds S.A. has the strongest possible leadership. We are convinced that Christophe is the right man to continue adding significant value in this and every other respect.”
Christophe Girondel replaces Bjørn Barbesgaard, who headed fund distribution activities from May 2005.
