The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has launched an RDR website to help members develop their post RDR business model.
The Complete Business website will provide firms with guidance to work through three stages of RDR readiness.
The first stage helps advisers to comply with the mandatory standards of RDR such as adviser charging and qualifications.
The second stage focuses on how to deliver a profitable service and minimise business risks, while the third stage looks at growing an adviser’s business and how to differentiate their service offering.
